The questions we are actually asked, answered without hedging. If yours is not here, the contact page has every way to reach a person.
Paying: cash on delivery
How does cash on delivery work?
You order without paying anything. The courier brings the parcel and you pay the courier in cash when the parcel is in your hands — nothing is taken before it arrives, and there is no fee for paying this way. The total to have ready is on your order confirmation email and it is the final figure — TVA is already inside it and there is nothing added at the door.
Do I pay before or after I see it?
You pay when the parcel is handed to you. Whether the courier will wait while you open the box is between you and that courier and we cannot promise it on their behalf — some do, some do not, and they are not our staff. What we can promise is the other half: if you open it afterwards and it is wrong, damaged or not what you ordered, that is ours to fix and it costs you nothing. See returns and refunds.
Can I pay by card instead?
Cash on delivery is the payment method this shop runs on. If card payment is enabled at checkout you will see it there; if you do not see it, it is not available, and we would rather say that than list a method that fails at the last step.
Why do you need my phone number?
Because the courier telephones before arriving with a parcel you have not paid for. It is a required field for that reason and not for marketing. A wrong or unreachable number is the single commonest reason a cash-on-delivery order comes back undelivered.
What if I refuse the parcel at the door?
You can. Nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to refund — the parcel returns to us and the order is cancelled. We would still rather you told us why, because a refusal costs a round trip and we would sooner fix the reason than absorb it twice.
Delivery
How long will it take?
2–5 working days from order to door. That is the whole journey: 1 working days of handling here, then 1–4 working days with the carrier. Big cities sit at the fast end; smaller towns and the southern provinces add a day or two.
What does delivery cost?
Nothing, anywhere in Morocco. Delivery is free everywhere in Morocco, on every order, with no minimum to reach. It does not change with the size of the order and there is no surcharge for paying cash.
Do "working days" include Saturday?
Yes. Working days here mean Monday to Saturday — Moroccan retail works Saturday and so do the couriers. Sundays and public and religious holidays do not count, and the religious holidays move each year with the Hijri calendar, so the weeks around Ramadan and the two Eids are the ones worth ordering ahead of.
Do you ship outside Morocco?
Not currently. Ask before ordering rather than after — it is a much easier conversation before the label prints.
Nobody was in.
The courier reattempts or holds the parcel at a local depot, and they will call again. Nothing is left on a doorstep, because there is money to collect. If two attempts fail the parcel comes back to us and the order is cancelled with nothing charged.
What if it never arrives?
Not delivered within 30 days of ordering? The order is cancelled and closed. Because you never paid, there is nothing to claim back — tell us and we will either resend it or leave it, whichever you prefer.
Sizing and fit
What size am I?
Measure a garment you already own and like the fit of, laid flat, and compare it. That method is set out properly in the size guide and it is the only one that survives the difference between brands.
Where are the measurements for this piece?
Not published yet. They are taken off the production samples and go on each product page; we are not printing a chart we have not measured. Ask us for the piece you are looking at and we will measure the sample.
Does "oversized" mean I should size down?
Only if you want it to read as a relaxed fit. Oversized is cut wide and long on purpose with the sleeve seam dropped past the shoulder, so your usual size gives you the intended look. Do not size up on an oversized piece unless you have measured one and know what you are asking for.
I am between two sizes.
Larger on tops, smaller on bottoms. Or send us the flat chest or waist measurement of the garment you are comparing against and we will answer with a size rather than an opinion.
Do the accessories come in sizes?
The cap and the beanie are one size. Everything else runs S to XXL.
Returns and exchanges
How long do I have to change my mind?
7 days from delivery to tell us. It has to come back unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached. Try it on the way you would in a shop — over what you are wearing, not for an evening out.
Is there a legal right on top of your policy?
Yes. Separately from our own returns policy, loi 31-08 gives you seven days from delivery to withdraw from a distance sale, for any reason or none. Both are set out in full in the returns policy. Where the two differ, whichever is better for you applies, and the full wording is in the returns policy.
How do I get money back if I paid the courier in cash?
There is no card to reverse, so we refund by bank transfer or in cash, whichever you prefer, and we ask for what we need at the point you tell us you are returning something. Refunds usually reach you within 2–3 working days of the garment arriving back with us.
Who pays to send it back?
You do on a change of mind. We do, in both directions, if the piece is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — you will not be asked to fund the correction of our mistake.
Can I exchange for a different size instead?
Yes, subject to that size being in stock. Tell us the order number and the size you want; the swap is handled as a return and a new order so that both halves are visible on your record.
Something is wrong with the garment.
Send it to us: a manufacturing fault — a seam, a zip, a print that fails in normal wear — is ours to put right, and we do not ask you to prove when it started. Photograph it — daylight, no flash, garment flat — and send it with your order number. You choose a replacement or a refund, and replacements are processed within 48 hours of approval.
The clothes
What is it made of, and how heavy is it?
The fabric composition and the weight in grams per square metre are printed on each product page as tags. We publish them rather than describing them, because "premium heavyweight" is not a number and a gsm figure is.
Will it shrink?
Follow the care label sewn into the garment; it is the manufacturer's instruction and it beats anything on a web page. Cotton shrinks most in heat, so cold wash and air dry keeps a piece the size you bought it. A garment that shrank in a hot dryer has not developed a fault.
Why are there no photographs on some pages?
Because we would rather show you nothing than show you a stock photograph of a garment that is not ours. Photography is being shot for the drop; the pages fill in as it lands.
Will this colour come back?
We do not know, and we are not going to say yes to move a unit. Restocks depend on the run. Follow @triple.bladed — that is where drops and restocks are announced first.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Inside the 24-hour handling window, yes — send the order number and it is done. Nothing has been paid, so a cancellation is just a cancellation. After that the parcel is with the carrier and we are limited to what they allow.
I typed the wrong address or phone number.
Tell us immediately with the order number and the correct details. Inside the handling window this is almost always fixable, and on cash on delivery the phone number matters more than the street.
Do you run sales?
When we discount, the struck-through figure will be a price that was really charged. There is no permanent fake "was" price anywhere on this store, and that is written into the terms of service rather than only promised on a page like this one.
