Shipping policy
Everything between placing an order and paying the courier at your door, with no stage left out and no window quoted that we cannot decompose.
The short version: nothing is charged until the parcel is in your hands, delivery is free everywhere in Morocco, on every order, with no minimum to reach, and the whole journey takes 2–5 working days.
Paying at the door
This shop runs on Cash on delivery. You place the order without paying anything, and you pay the courier in cash when the parcel is in your hands — nothing is taken before it arrives, and there is no fee for paying this way.
- The amount is fixed before the parcel leaves. The total on your order confirmation email is the amount to have ready. It is the final figure: TVA is inside it and delivery is free, so there is nothing to add at the door.
- The courier is not authorised to ask you for more than that total. If one does, do not pay the difference — tell us, with the amount asked for, and we will take it up with the carrier.
- Have it counted out. Couriers carry limited change. The exact amount is the difference between a thirty-second handover and a rescheduled delivery.
- There is no fee for paying this way. Cash on delivery costs the same as any other method here, because it is the method this shop was built around rather than an accommodation.
Why your telephone number is required
The courier telephones before arriving, because there is money to collect and somebody has to be there to hand it over. That is why the phone field is mandatory at checkout, and it is not a marketing capture — see the privacy policy for exactly who receives it and what they may do with it.
A wrong or unreachable number is the single commonest reason a cash-on -delivery parcel comes back undelivered. Keep your phone on for the few days after ordering, and answer numbers you do not recognise.
If you are not in
Nothing is left on a doorstep — there is cash to collect, so the delivery cannot complete without a person. The courier reattempts and calls again. If the attempts fail, or the number cannot be reached, the parcel comes back to us; nothing was paid, so there is nothing to refund and the order is simply cancelled. Reorder whenever suits.
Refusing at the door
You may refuse the parcel. No money changes hands, the parcel returns to us and the order is cancelled — there is no charge and nothing to claim back. We would still rather hear why: a refusal costs a round trip, and we would sooner fix the reason than pay for it twice.
Handling
| Handling window | 24 hours, which is 1 working days, from the order being placed. |
|---|---|
| Daily cut-off | |
| Non-working days | Sundays and public and religious holidays. Orders placed on one start handling the next working day. |
During handling the order is picked, checked against what you actually bought — size and colour, which is where apparel goes wrong — and packed. It is the window in which a mistake is cheap to fix, and it is the only window in which we can still change your address or your phone number.
Delivery times
| Stage | How long |
|---|---|
| Handling, here | 1 working days |
| In transit, with the carrier | 1–4 working days |
| Order to door | 2–5 working days |
Plenty of orders beat the top of that range. We quote the top of it anyway, because an estimate you can rely on is worth more than one that flatters us.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in Morocco, across all twelve regions. Casablanca, Rabat, Salé, Marrakech, Tangier, Fès, Meknès, Agadir, Oujda, Kénitra and Tétouan sit at the fast end of the estimate above; smaller towns and the rural communes around them add a day or two, and the southern provinces add more than that. There is no regional surcharge — whatever applies in Casablanca applies in Er-Rachidia.
Delivery is by Amana (Barid Al-Maghrib) and CTM Messagerie. The courier telephones before arriving, which is why a telephone number is a required field at checkout and why a wrong number is the single thing that reliably stops a parcel.
Working days here mean Monday to Saturday. Moroccan retail works Saturday and so do the couriers, so a six-day week is what the estimates are counted in. Fridays run slower around midday prayers, and the religious holidays move each year with the Hijri calendar — Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha all shift the week they fall in, and they are the weeks worth ordering ahead of.
We do not currently ship outside Morocco. If you want something sent abroad, message us before ordering rather than after — sometimes we can arrange it, and it is a much easier conversation before the label prints.
What delivery costs
| Order | Delivery |
|---|---|
| Morocco, any order | Free — no minimum |
Delivery is free everywhere in Morocco, on every order, with no minimum to reach. There is no qualifying total, no small-order surcharge, no regional surcharge and no cash-handling fee. It does not change with the weight of the parcel or with how many pieces are in it.
All prices on this site include TVA at the standard Moroccan rate of 20% where it applies. Moroccan retail quotes prices tax-inclusive, so the price on the product page is the price you pay — there is nothing added at checkout.
Paying cash on delivery does not change that. The total on your order confirmation is the amount to have ready, and the courier is not authorised to ask you for more than it.
Tracking
A tracking number reaches you by email within 1–2 days of ordering, at the address you checked out with.
That is deliberately a different number from the handling window, and the gap between them is the commonest thing people write to us about. The number is created when the carrier scans the parcel into its network, which happens after we hand it over — so there is a normal, uneventful stretch where the order is confirmed and moving and there is nothing yet to click.
On cash on delivery the tracking page is the second-best signal anyway. The event that matters is the courier's telephone call, which comes when the parcel goes out for delivery in your city. The track your order page explains what each stage means.
Address and telephone accuracy
We ship to the address entered at checkout, exactly as entered, and the carrier calls the number entered at checkout, exactly as entered. Check both before you place the order.
If you spot a mistake, tell us immediately with your order number. Inside the handling window we can almost always correct it because nothing has left the building. After the label prints, the carrier holds the details and correcting them means a call from us to them — which we will make, but an undeliverable parcel comes back and the order is cancelled.
Orders with more than one piece
Where we can, everything travels as one dispatch: one delivery to be in for, one amount to have ready, one tracking number. Where we cannot, the order splits and arrives separately at no extra cost, with its own tracking for each part — and, on cash on delivery, its own amount at each door. If your order is going to split we will tell you what each part costs before either one arrives, so nobody is asked for a figure they were not expecting.
Delays
Some things are outside anyone's control: severe weather, carrier backlogs, public and religious holidays, and the weeks around Ramadan and the two Eids when the whole network runs heavy. When an order is affected we will tell you what we know and what we are doing, rather than waiting for you to ask.
There is a backstop underneath all of it: if an order has not been delivered within 30 days of being placed, it is cancelled. Nothing was paid, so there is nothing to claim — tell us and we will resend it or leave it, whichever you prefer.
Damaged in transit
Look at the outer packaging before you pay, if you have the chance, and photograph any damage to it. If you have already paid and the garment inside is damaged, that is still ours: send photographs with your order number within 7 days of delivery and see the returns and refunds policy for what happens next and how fast. Transit damage is our problem to solve, not yours to absorb.
