On a cash-on-delivery order the useful signal is not a tracking page — it is the courier's phone call. They ring before arriving, because there is money to hand over at the door. Keep your phone on and answer an unknown number for the few days after ordering.
The two emails
- Order confirmation, sent immediately. It carries your order number and the total to have ready in cash.
- Dispatch confirmation, sent when the parcel leaves us with a tracking number on it.
Search your inbox for Triple Bladed, and check the spam folder before concluding one never arrived — dispatch emails land there more often than order confirmations do.
No dispatch email yet? Then it is still inside the 1-working day handling window, which is where it should be. The shipping policy sets out what happens in that window.
Track it
- Amana (Barid Al-Maghrib) and CTM Messagerie — the dispatch email names which one has your parcel and links to its tracking page.
- Or paste the number into any universal tracker if you would rather not work out the carrier.
What the stages mean
| Status | What is actually happening |
|---|---|
| Order confirmed | Queued. Nothing has been charged and nothing will be until the parcel is in your hands. Handling starts: 1 working days. |
| Label created / pre-transit | Packed and labelled. The carrier has the data but not yet the box. This can sit for a few hours and it is normal. |
| In transit | Moving between depots. Expect one or two scans a day, not continuous updates. Long gaps between two cities are ordinary. |
| Out for delivery | On the vehicle. This is when the courier telephones. Have the exact amount ready — see the shipping policy for what the courier is and is not authorised to ask you for. |
| Delivered | Handed over and paid. Your order is closed at that point and the returns window starts. |
| Returned to sender | The courier could not complete the delivery — see below. Nothing was paid, so there is nothing to refund; the order is cancelled and you can reorder whenever suits. |
Common situations
Nobody has called me
The call comes when the parcel reaches your city and goes out for delivery, not when it leaves us — so a quiet stretch after the dispatch email is normal. Give it the full 2–5 working days. Past that, or if the tracking has not moved for three working days, tell us and we will open a trace with the carrier the same day.
I missed the call
Ring the number back, or tell us and we will pass a new time to the courier. A missed call is not a failed delivery: couriers reattempt, and an unreachable number is the only thing that turns a reattempt into a return.
The tracking says delivered and I do not have it
On Cash on delivery this is rarer than on a prepaid order, because the courier has to collect money from a person to close the delivery — nothing is left on a doorstep. Almost always it means a household member took it and paid. Check at home first, then tell us and we will pull the carrier's proof of delivery, which records who signed and what was collected.
My phone number is wrong
Tell us immediately, with your order number and the correct number. Inside the handling window we can change it before the label prints. After that the carrier holds the number and correcting it means a call from us to them, which we will make — but a parcel with an unreachable number on it is the one that comes back undelivered.
The address is wrong
Same answer, same urgency. Inside the handling window we can almost always correct it. Once the label is printed we cannot, and an undeliverable parcel comes back to us. Nothing was paid, so the order is simply cancelled and you can place it again with the right address.
I want to cancel
Tell us inside the 24-hour handling window and it is done — no money has moved, so there is nothing to refund. After that, see returns and refunds, which covers both refusing at the door and returning after delivery.
Ask us instead
Send your order number — or just the email address you
checked out with — and we will look it up.
